      Ninja Workshop

      Step into the world of the Ninja! From sacred hand signs (Kuji) to fundamental sword skills, discover the discipline and mystery of the shadow warrior. A unique, hands-on experience for both children and adults. Ready for your first mission?

      • Focus: Sacred hand signs and fundamental sword techniques.

      Japanese Traditional Dance

      Experience the elegance and grace of Nihon Buyo. Learn to express stories using a traditional folding fan (Sensu) while improving your posture and focus. A beautiful, refined cultural session for adults and families alike. No experience needed—step into the rhythm of Japan!

      • Ages: 6 to Adult.

      • Focus: Traditional movement and folding fan (Sensu) techniques.

      Tea Ceremony Workshop

      Whisk your way to calm. Learn the secrets of the bamboo whisk and create your own bowl of authentic Matcha. It’s a peaceful, hands-on escape that’s as delicious as it is relaxing.

      • Aged 12 to Adult: Perfect for a solo mindful reset.

      • Aged 6-11: Join together with an adult for a fun session.

      Japanese Calligraphy

      Immerse yourself in the meditative art of Shodo. Learn the grace of brushwork and create your own elegant Kanji. A peaceful, mindful session for all skill levels. Create your masterpiece and find your focus!

      • Ages 8+: Families are welcome to join together.

      • Aged 12 to Adult : Young artists may participate solo.

      Aikido

      Master the art of harmony. Aikido focuses on posture and energy, not fighting. It’s the perfect way to de-stress and find your flow. No experience needed—step onto the mat and find your center!

      • Aged 11 to Adult: Perfect for a solo mental & physical reset.

      • Aged 6-10: Join with an adult for some family fun.

      Is there an entry fee?

      Entry is free for everyone! No admission fee is required.

      Do I need to book in advance?

      No booking is needed for general entry or the Open Hub. However, we recommend booking in advance for specific workshops to secure your spot.

      Is it suitable for young children?

      Yes! We have Ninja activities and Origami perfect for ages 6+. We ask that young children be supervised by an adult.

      Can I come alone as an adult?

      Absolutely. We have professional consultations and deep-dive workshops specifically designed for adults.

      Will there be food and drinks?

      Yes, we plan to have Japanese snacks and refreshments available. Stay tuned to our social media for details!

      Is there parking available?

      Limited parking is available at the church and nearby. We encourage using public transport where possible.

      Do I need to speak Japanese?

      Not at all! All activities are conducted in English or with English support, so everyone can participate comfortably.
