Vendor Applications
We are now inviting vendors to join us at With Love, JAPAN in Auckland.
We welcome a wide range of vendors, including workshop, handmade products, art, crafts, Japanese-inspired goods and services, and other unique offerings.
To help create a varied and enjoyable experience for visitors, all applications will be reviewed before a booth is confirmed.
Vendors in the same general category are welcome, as long as the products or services offered are sufficiently different.

How to Apply
1. Submit the Vendor Application Form
Please use the application form below to tell us about your business, products or services.
2. We Review Your Application
We will review your application with the overall mix of vendors in mind.
If a very similar product or service has already been confirmed, we may contact you to discuss your offering before approving the application.
3. Pay the Booth Fee
Approved vendors will receive payment instructions.
Your booth will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
Payment and Confirmation
Submitting this form does not guarantee a vendor space. Approved applicants will receive a payment link, and your space will be confirmed once payment has been received.
As spaces are limited, payment must be completed within the timeframe stated in your approval email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by 21 October 2026
A refund will be provided, less any payment processing fees that are non-refundable.
Cancellations from 22 October 2026 onwards
As a general rule, booth fees are non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, the booth fee will be refunded in full.
