Our contact form also records which page you sent your message from. We use this to understand what you were reading when you got in touch, so the right person can reply.

Why we use it

We use the information you give us only for the following purposes.

  • Taking bookings for seminars and sessions, and sending you joining details
  • Improving this website, for example by understanding which pages are read most
  • Meeting our legal obligations

We will not use your information for any other purpose without your consent, and we do not send marketing mail.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. Turnstile does not use cookies to track visitors.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to carry out any work that follows. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics and is deleted automatically after that. We dispose of information securely once it is no longer needed.

Keeping it safe

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the information you send us is limited to the people who need it to do their work.

Access, correction and deletion
